Q: Can you give me an estimate of the financial improvement we can expect?

A: As you can imagine, financial improvements vary. However, our team has unlocked value for all of the 1200 franchised dealerships we have served. Let us conduct a complimentary performance analysis so we can provide you a customized financial improvement estimate that takes in to account your current performance and objectives.

 

Q: How often can we expect to see you in our dealership?

A: A P1 Team member will be onsite at your dealership at least once a month. Some relationships require more frequent visits. Of course, we will interact with your sales, service, and business departments by phone and email weekly.

 

Q: Do I need to change all of my products to the ones you recommend?

A: Not Always. We will help you design an F&I product offering that allows you to best serve your customers and meet your financial objectives. Sometimes, that means a product you have in place is the right one. As long as it is a best-in-class product, we can support you in maximizing its potential.

 

Q: How do you make sure our personnel are trained in the new products and other new improved processes?

A: To begin our work together, we conduct a thorough review of your existing relationships, including personnel and service providers. We will review training practices, human resource characteristics, and compensation models in connection with your sales & F&I performance.

We will look for opportunities for improvement and recommend solutions that support your team’s success. We will deliver in-person and virtual training on an ongoing basis and make sure every member of your team has the knowledge and tools they need to perform at their best.

 

Q: How often will I get a report to track our progress?

A: We use a combination of reporting mechanisms that are delivered daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually. Most are delivered in person, on-site by a qualified P1 business performance manager. Other reports are delivered via email.

 

Q: What type of clients do you work with?

A: We help franchised automotive dealerships, with single or multiple points, across the country achieve performance excellence.

 

Q: What’s the significance of P1 F&I Performance Solutions name?

A: F&I Performance Solutions is what we bring to you. P1 is derived from automobile racing terminology. As all competitors know, where you start the race can impact where you finish. “Racing qualifying” determines your starting position on the grid and the most optimal position to be in is the front row on the inside of the track, which is position one or “P1”. Our first step is getting you in the right position to start winning.
